I also love that idea of trying to fully integrate your spirit into your actual physical body. It's something I've been trying to do for years.

Me too. Maybe it's our life's endeavour ✨

I have no doubt about that. But can we ever really achieve it when we are always becoming? Yesterday I wasn't aware of you. Now I know we drops in the same river. We are both the drops and the river and everything passes through us, right from the beginning of time.

The word that comes to mind is humility.

Beautiful poignant words Anna. It’s only when we stop shaking the snow globe of our busy selves that we can feel the stillness, the mystery and the truth of our hidden souls. It takes courage to swim against the chaotic tide of modern life. To embrace the deep wisdom that lies within and emerge fully alive.

Your words are alchemy... things like "the urgent irrelevancies of instantaneous" my mind finds delicious

You make visible what I feel. There's joy and a sense of unity. Thanks for every word

Thank you SO, so, Anna. So beautifully articulated. I was meditating the other day (I am terribly random with it) and found myself suddenly dropping into a lovely feeling saying ‘come home, come home’. I was calling my soul - or was it calling me? 🥰 I felt exactly like that little fella sitting in the fence with himself. And the hand holding. And everything you say! 💚

It is so simple it is difficult. And I see no reason why you can’t speak for humanity why do you?

Hi Michael,

Whatever is deeply personal becomes universal. I've always been alive, through challenge mostly, to the initiations and thresholds in my personal life. Now it appears we're going through this initiation together as a collective, hopefully to discover our humanity. The world news is beyond confusing. Small reports from our own sensing are a part, can be a part of supporting each other on the journey home.

I appreciate your asking 🙏
